NWR produces a biannual magazine, The Register. It is collated, edited and DTPed by the Marketing Co-ordinator. Every member receives her own copy. As well as distributing information to all members both here in the UK and abroad The Register serves as a forum through which they can express their opinions, highlight their activities and keep in touch with developments within NWR. It also aims to link members by encouraging contacts between far-flung groups from Skye to South Africa, Zimbabwe to Australia.
If you would like to read a copy you can download the last four issues here.
The Register aims to stimulate lively discussions by inviting controversy as well. This way the magazine has maintained its traditional role as members' mouthpiece. Its content is made up solely of members' contributions, their articles, photographs, comment, complaints, suggestions and queries. It is regularly oversubscribed.
Our magazine is the medium through which we highlight successes like our annual Telephone Treasure Trail, our stimulating National Conferences as well as the many events like the varied Day Conferences and Discussion Lunches.
