The National Office The friendly voices you always hear over the phone replying to the seemingly infinite number of queries, complaints and remarks thrown at them each day belong to Angela Norman (right) and Samantha Bushell (left), our two administrators. Neither is a member of NWR, they are employees which ensures their objectivity on all matters administrative. They are often the only points of contact a member or prospective member has with NWR. They are responsible for all the clerical and administrative tasks such as correspondence, sending out information and reminders, collecting and banking subs and updating records. They enter data into the computer, help any group with clerical work and much, much more! The office is in Norwich in a light industrial area. It is a focal point for enquiries, files and records. It consists of two desks, two computers, photocopier and several filing cabinets containing the NWR records and naturally a small area housing tea-making equipment. Any member may ring up during office hours and enquire about NWR details. Office hours: 9.30-3.30 Monday -Thursday
