National Conference 2009 The 2009 Conference is in Leeds and takes the theme of Leadership We’ve taken a broad view of the topic and will be exploring areas such as: What leadership means – from a local through to a global perspective What is it about leadership that inspires us and what inspires leaders themselves? What is the role of followers – where do they (we) fit in? The Conference Workshops will include a mixture of 2 hour workshops to suit a range of preferences e. g. Crosswords, Creative Writing, Graphology, Floral Art, Family History and Making Music. There will also be a variety of 1 hour including the return of discussion groups, Tai Chi and Hands and Feet Massage. As usual we will be offering a range of external visits; these include a Leeds City Tour, a visit to the Leeds Armouries, Thackery Museum, a visit to Golden Acre Park.
