The NWR National Day Conference

Saturday 7th July 2012 at The Clarendon Suites, Edgbaston, Birmingham

Come and join us to be Inspired! The National Conference 2012 will be held in Birmingham. The day will start at 9 am with refreshments and will include three fascinating speakers, the annual AGM, a delicious lunch and a Farewell Afternoon Tea, finishing around 5pm.

Location

The Clarendon Suites is one of the largest Conference and Banqueting Centres in the West Midlands. It is situated in Edgbaston within its own attractive tree and shrub lined grounds. There are parking facilities for over 250 vehicles and it is also within a few minutes ride of Birmingham city centre.

If you would like to make a weekend of it there are many hotels in the area. The following are very close to the Conference venue:

Optional Add on trips

Friday July 6th A 1½ hour Narrow Boat Tour on Birmingham's historic canals at a cost of £5 per person. To leave from Brindley Place at 7.30pm allowing plenty of time to eat either before or after.

Sunday July 8th A Coach Tour leaving from the conference venue for a day in Stratford upon Avon, with a Blue Badge guide for £15 per person.

Both trips £20 per person

How To Find Us

Motorway Access - M5 and M6 motorways are both easily accessible from The Clarendon Suites.

Train Stations - New Street Station (5 minutes by car) or Five Ways Train Station (2 minutes by car)

Airport - 11 miles to Birmingham Airport (20 minutes by car)

Buses - A frequent bus service provides easy access to the city centre and rail links. Bus stops are located along the Hagley Road (2 minutes walk)
