AGM

NWR Always holds it AGM at the annual National Conference. It is here that the minutes of the previous AGM are ratified and accepted as a true reflection of the previous meeting.

Any NWR member may attend the AGM, they do not have to be attending the conference to do so. A Quorum consists of 75 members present and voting. Questions to be raised at the AGM should be submitted in writing to the Board of Trustees prior to the AGM in sufficient time for a reply to be correlated. Usually an AGM is held around 4pm of the Saturday afternoon for at least an hour and a half.
